Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including all 50 states. We also ship to [list any other countries you serve].

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within [1-2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email straight away and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, severe weather and customs checks can add time and are outside our control.

Free shipping

Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. The threshold is calculated after any discounts and before tax.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the carrier's system to update.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking says delivered but the parcel isn't there, please check with neighbors and your local carrier depot first — parcels often turn up within 24 hours. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and the outer packaging within [7] days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.
